Benia currently leads a global team to develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect categories such as Professional Services, HR Benefits and Travel. She also leads the Global Procurement Systems team that is responsible for developing policy and training for Tate and Lyle’s Global Procurement Organization. Benia has a BS Chemical Engineering and MBA from Purdue University.
